Who's Jeff?

Growing up in Beaverton, Oregon, I was all about sports - playing on 21 championship teams. Nowadays, I wear many hats: I'm a loving husband, caring father, teacher, leader, speaker, founder, coach and mentor to many.  

What keeps me up at night is thinking about the future of our world, developing cultures of accountability, building leaders at scale, and empowering  people to reach their full potential. As a lifelong learner, I'm grateful for all the people, programs, and life-lessons that allow me to empower the next generation of leaders and game-changers.
