- Path 1: Fear, Control, Isolation (Victim behaviors)
- Path 2: Self-awareness, Accountability, Connection (Accountable behaviors)
Successful leaders consistently take Path 2 to create their purpose, inspire others, move forward, and achieve more than they ever imagined possible.
The pattern is clear, yet nowhere in education or business has there been consistent training on how to take Path 2.

Growing up as an athlete, I had big dreams of playing professional baseball, until a "snap, crackle, and pop" in my arm meant I had to rethink everything, practically overnight. I knew I wanted to play on a team and lead others, but it would look a lot different.
Fast forward to now, I've spent over 30 years in the employment staffing and online marketing industries. During that time, I spent 14 years leading two companies to be ranked on the Inc 5000 Fastest Growing List and three companies to be voted a Best Company to Work For. I even shared my leadership insights with school administrators, helping a high school become the Most Transformative School in the U.S.
What I've learned leading over 20,000 employees and connecting with over 100,000 leaders is the art and mastery of empowering people to not only live their unique purpose but to lead those around them to do the same.
